Aκουγοντας το Tainted Love από μια jazz and '80s συλλογή, μεταφέρθηκα στην εκδοχή του Μanson, μετά στο οriginal και τέλος στων DM.
Μου αρέσει παρα πολύ να ακούω αγαπημένα μου κομμάτια διασκευασμένα, αρκεί αυτή η διασκευή να μη τα :hardcorefuck: :p Ξεκινώ αυτό το νήμα με την προοπτική του να ακούσω κι άλλες διασκευες που μπορεί να μην τις έχω εντοπίσει αλλά και για να μοιραστώ με τους μουσικόφιλους του φόρουμ αυτές που έχω βρει εγώ και μ'αρέσουν ;D
Σημείωση: επειδή κάποια τραγούδια έχουν διασκευαστεί μέχρι και πάνω από 200 φορές (1000αδες κάποια), παρακαλώ να διαλέγετε ποιές εκδοχές σας αρέσουν καλύτερα και να ανεβάζετε το πολύ 5. Όποιος θέλει και μπορεί/γνωρίζει, ας αναφέρεται γραπτώς στις υπόλοιπες :) Eπίσης, αποφύγετε το spam. Δεν είναι διαγωνισμός γνώσεων ούτε κερδίζει καποιος κάτι αν postάρει όοολες τις διασκευες που ξέρει γρήγορα-γρήγορα. Μην κάνετε απανωτά posts χωρίς να έχει απαντησει κανείς άλλος γιατί το thread θα ανεβαίνει κάθε τρεις και λίγο στα "Τελευταια μη Αναγνωσμένα Θέματα" και ίσως κουράσει κόσμο :) Αν δεν έχει απαντήσει άλλο μέλος μετά από εσάς, αφήστε ένα κενό 3+ ωρών ή ακόμα καλύτερα μιας μέρας πριν ξαναποστάρετε ;)

""When the Levee Breaks" is a blues song written and first recorded by husband and wife Kansas Joe McCoy and Memphis Minnie in 1929. The song is in reaction to the upheaval caused by the Great Mississippi Flood of 1927.
It was re-worked by English rock group Led Zeppelin as the last song on their fourth album, released in 1971. Many people were forced to flee to the cities of the Midwest in search of work, contributing to the "Great Migration" of African Americans in the first half of the 20th century. During the flood and the years after it subsided, it became the subject of numerous Delta blues songs, including "When the Levee Breaks", hence the lyrics, "I works on the levee, mama both night and day, I works so hard, to keep the water away" and "I's a mean old levee, cause me to weep and moan, gonna leave my baby, and my happy home". The song focused mainly on when more than 13,000 residents in and near Greenville, Mississippi evacuated to a nearby, unaffected levee for its shelter at high ground. The tumult that would have been caused if this and other levees had broken was the song's underlying theme."

Monsieur spi8a, αυτό που εννοούσα είναι να μη ποστάρουμε απανωτά μηνύματα :)
αν π.χ. κάποιος ποστάρει στις 11.00 και απαντήσουν άλλοι 3 μετά, ιτ'ς οκ να ξαναποστάρει στις 12.00... Απλά μου φαίνεται λίγο "κάπως" να... "σολάρει" κάποιος μόνος του απ'τις 11 μεχρι τις 12 χωρίς κανείς άλλος να ασχολείται με το νήμα :p -

Ένα τραγούδι που το έχουν διασκευάσει κι οι πέτρες...!!!
Ο συνθέτης είναι μάλλον άγνωστος, αλλά ο Πατρινός κατέχει την παλιότερη ηχογραφημένη εκτέλεση και θεωρείται ότι είναι δικό του. Άλλοι θεωρούν ότι η σύνθεση ανήκει στον Νίκο Ρουμπάνη που το ηχογράφησε λίγο αργότερα. Βέβαια, στην Αμερική η surf εκτέλεση του Dick Dale με τους Del Tones είναι η πιο γνωστή. Παγκοσμίως το τραγούδι έγινε σουξέ μέσα από τον κινηματογράφο και κυρίως την ταινία του Ταραντίνο Pulp Fiction.

Αυθεντικο: PINK FLOYD - WISH YOU WERE HERE
Αν και ειμαι της αποψης οτι τα κομματια των Floyd δεν πρεπει να τα αγγιζει κανεις δεδομενου οτι ειναι τοσο τελεια και αξεπεραστα σε αυτην την περιπτωση ομως ο αειμνηστος Mark Linkous (Sparklehorse) καταφερε να φερει το κομματι αυτο στα μετρα του και με σεβασμο προσφεροντας μια αξιολογοτατη διασκευη. Το αυθεντικο δεν μπαινω καν στο κοπο να το στειλω, θεωρω δεδομενο οτι ολοι το ξερουμε. Στο τελος του κομματιου μπορειτε να ακουσετε τον Thom Yorke των Radiohead. Υπ' οψιν η διασκευη αυτη ειναι Sparklehorse (featuring Thom Yorke και οχι the other way round).

Αποτέλεσμα ήταν ο Silvester να πειστεί για το ταλέντο των τελευταίων και τελικά το τραγούδι "Eye Of The Tiger" όχι μόνο να προτιμηθεί αλλά και να ταυτιστεί μελλοντικά με την ταινία.

O Robert Smith (τραγουδιστής των Cure) επρόκειτο να παντρευτει την Mary. Δεν μπορούσε να σκεφτεί κάποιο γαμήλιο δώρο κι έτσι της έγραψε αυτό το τραγούδι.
Σκέφτηκε ότι ίσως κρατήσει στο χρόνο..
Ο ίδιος λέει "Μάλλον θα προτιμούσε διαμάντια, αλλά, δεν ξέρω... Ίσως στο μέλλον να κοιτάξει πίσω και να αισθανθεί χαρούμενη για αυτό που της έδωσα".
O Robert Smith τελικά είχε δίκιο, το τραγούδι άντεξε στο χρόνο (από το 1989 ακούγεται μέχρι και σήμερα), ο γάμος του όμως όχι...

Θα το επαναφέρω συνεισφέροντας κατ'αρχήν με ένα κλασσικό jazz κομμάτι: "cry me a river"
Σύνθεση του Arthur Hamilton γραμμένη το 1953 για την Ella Fitzgerald ,τραγουδήθηκε πρώτα όμως απο την Julie London το 1955.Η Fitzgerald το είπε αργότερα, με τον δικό της, αξεπέραστο τρόπο.
Μία ακόμα -από τις πολλές- διασκευή που ξεχωρίζω ειναι αυτή της Diana Krall ,το 2001 (H Krall δεν ειναι μόνο φωνάρα , οπως θα διαπιστώσετε και στο βίντεο, έχει ένα ιδιαίτερο ...ενδιαφέρον συνφορουμίτες ! )
